Comment As sad as it is, "CC BY-NC-SA" is not CCBY and is not WMC-compatible.

This makes it not a matter of debate but a matter of copyright violation. It may be good to create a deletion debate instead of going by the normal procedure of using "Report copyright violation" on the left since somebody may be interested in contacting the artist and ask for a license-change.
